Where we create leverage

Fix the systems stealing your time and margin.

Practical operating structure for retailers that have outgrown improvising—but do not need a giant consulting engagement.

01

Profit & KPI Clarity

Know what is actually driving sales, labor, margin, and store-level performance with a scorecard your team will use.

02

Inventory Control

Reduce dead stock, prevent avoidable losses, and build repeatable receiving, counting, and purchasing routines.

03

People & Accountability

Clarify who owns what, establish management rhythms, and stop every problem from climbing back to the owner.

04

SOPs That Get Used

Turn tribal knowledge into simple processes, checklists, and training tools that hold up during a busy shift.

Inside the work

From messy reports to clear decisions.

Built for the owner in the middle

Your business is too complex to wing it—and too small for corporate bureaucracy.

Robinson Consulting works with independent retailers and growing local brands, typically operating one to ten locations. The goal is simple: build a business that performs consistently without requiring you to personally rescue every shift, shipment, or manager.

  • Owner-led retail companies
  • Newly expanding multi-location brands
  • Businesses with inconsistent store execution
  • Operators ready for stronger financial visibility

Meet the founder

Built in the operation—not the boardroom.

I started working at 14, became a general manager at 17, and moved into multi-unit management by 19. I learned business from the floor up: running shifts, training teams, controlling inventory, reading P&Ls, and fixing the systems that break when a company grows.

Since then, I have led operations across multi-state retail businesses, managed organizations with more than 200 employees, supported companies generating millions in annual revenue, and built practical systems for KPIs, payroll, inventory, accountability, and store-level execution.

Operator education that goes far beyond theory. I have completed an extensive body of Retail Dogma coursework and developed deep, working knowledge of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)—including scorecards, accountability charts, Level 10 Meetings, Rocks, process documentation, and the operating cadence required to turn strategy into consistent execution.

I founded Robinson Consulting to give small retailers access to the same operational discipline larger companies use—without burying owners in jargon, bloated presentations, or processes their teams will never follow.
